Your website, run by conversation.

Small companies get a website they control by talking to a bot in plain language. It configures, designs, builds, and updates the site. Whether you know the tech or not, we get you there.

We set it up, connect it, and train the bot on the business. You approve before anything goes live. You own the site. We stay on when the bot is not enough.

Try a change. This demo stays in your browser.

North Pier Cafe is fictional. Pick a request or type one of them. You will see the bot’s plan, then an approval step, then the preview. Nothing is uploaded.

How it works

  1. Talk

You describe the change the way you would tell a person. A holiday banner, a new menu, a question about last week.

  2. Bot drafts

It writes the plan in plain language: what will change, and what it will leave alone.

  3. You approve

Nothing goes live on a nod from the bot. You approve the draft, or you send it back.

  4. Live

The approved change is what visitors see. An earlier version is still there if you want it back.

What the bot can do

  • New pages

A catering menu, a new service, an event. The bot drafts the page. You decide if it ships.

  • Copy changes

Rewrite a headline, fix an hour, soften a sentence. You read it before it replaces the live line.

  • Photos

Swap a picture and say where it goes. The bot does not publish a photo you have not approved.

  • Pricing

Update a price or a package. The old price stays until you approve the new one.

  • Promos

A banner for a week, then off again. You set the dates in the same conversation.

  • Menus

Add a dish, retire one, note what is gone for the season.

  • Events

A night, a workshop, a deadline. Date, place, and how to ask for a seat.

  • Blog posts

A draft from notes you already have. You edit it in the chat, then approve.

  • SEO

Titles and descriptions in human language. We do not invent rankings.

  • Analytics questions

Ask how many people came from Instagram. The answer comes from your analytics, not a guess.

Who it is for

A shop, a practice, a kitchen, a one-person studio. The common thread is a site that has to change without calling a developer every time.

No experience? Perfect.

Whether you know the tech or not, we get you there.

You do not need to know what a domain, DNS, or a framework is. We connect the name, the hosting, and the bot, then show you how to ask for a change. The day-to-day work sounds like a conversation, because it is one.

Safety and control

Approvals

Every publish waits for you. Guardrails sit in front of the live site, and a person reviews before a first launch.

Version history

Each approved change is a version. Rollback returns the site to an earlier one you already accepted.

You own everything

The site, the words, and the pictures are yours. No lock-in. We are there when the bot is not enough.

Questions

Do I need to know how websites work?

No. You do not need to know what a domain, DNS, or a framework is. Whether you know the tech or not, we get you there. Black Box Site Design sets the site up, connects it, and trains the bot on your business.

Does the bot publish on its own?

No. A draft waits for your approval. Human review sits on that same gate before a change goes live. If the bot is wrong, you send the draft back or roll back to the last version you approved.

Who owns the site?

You do. You own the site and the content. There is no lock-in to a builder you cannot leave. When the engagement ends, the site is still yours.

What if the bot is not enough?

We stay on as backup. A person at the studio can take the change, the page, or the whole problem. The bot is the day-to-day interface, not the only way to get help.

What does it cost?

There is no public rate card. After a working session you get a written scope and a written price. The quote wizard is where you tell us the budget you have. This page does not take payment.

Custom. A written price after we know the scope.

Same pattern as the rest of the studio: you bring the budget you have, and we say whether the scope fits. There is no public rate card and no payment on this page.
