Case study · in the family
A public site for real-time personalization.
Black Box Personalization is our product company. This case covers the site built for it: the explanation, the lab, and the line between the studio and the product.
What the public site is
blackboxpersonalization.com explains how a page can change from signals the browser already has, and it keeps a public lab. The lab shows collection, consent, and personalization rules in the browser you are using. Measurement consent is a switch, not a footnote.
What this studio is responsible for
Black Box Site Design is the parent. We design and build websites. When a project needs the page to adapt per visit, the product is Black Box Personalization. The split is deliberate: the site is a design and engineering engagement, and the personalization product has its own home.
What the engagement covered
- A homepage that explains personalization from the signals a browser already has.
- A public lab for the beacon, the consent switch, and the rules.
- A clear split: the studio designs and builds sites, and the product has its own home.
Where to look
The product homepage describes the model. The lab is the place to see a beacon, a consent change, and a rule. Both are free to open.
