The site

Black Box Site Design publishes this site to describe the studio. You may read it and link to it. You may not copy the design, the concept studies, or the copy and present them as a client project of your own.

Concept work and sample quotes

Sample studies and cards marked Sample illustrate an approach. They are not client results. A paid project begins only when both sides accept a written scope.

Forms

Sending a contact note or a quote request is an inquiry. It does not create a project, a price, or a deadline. We may decline work that does not fit.

No result warranty

Nothing on this site promises a revenue number, a Lighthouse score, or a conversion rate for a future project. Performance and accessibility targets are described as targets. A written scope controls what a project includes.

Liability

The marketing site is provided as a description of the studio. To the extent the law allows, liability for use of this website is limited to the amount you paid to use it, which is nothing. Project work is governed by its own agreement, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with this page.

Questions
